Bali has been a longtime subcontractor for Hathaway Dinwiddie and most recently on the SMCY project. Workmanship, scheduling of manpower, etc. on this multi phased project was seamless. Bali’s field team worked with HD’s field staff to maintain production while also maintaining a safe site within a active maintenance yard and community park. While no one wants changes, Bali’s pricing on design changes were reasonable and detailed for ease of verification.
