Field Engineer

The Field Engineer is an entry-level growth position intended to lead to a career in Project Management. Under the supervision of the Project Manager, the Field Engineer performs a variety of functions to support the project team beginning with job startup, through job closeout. Field Engineers will be responsible for gathering, compiling, and organizing field data using digital project management platforms to monitor project KPIs. The Field Engineer is responsible for the regular updating of all project data in tracking and ERP software, digital as-builts, and other tracking mechanisms. Successful Field Engineers understand the construction documentation cycle, pay close attention to detail, and produce high quality, error-free deliverables.

Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Receptionist performs the following duties with regards to answering the phones and providing administrative support to the Accounting and Operations Department. Maintain Front Reception area and insure it is kept neat and presentable, strong attention to detail, well organized, tidiness, excellent organizational and time management, strong ability to multi-task, prioritize work, control work flow and work independently. Maintain, check stock, office supplies, kitchen supplies and organize supply room order supplies as needed. Arrange business trips and lunch meetings, back-up accounting, organize, box , and lable files.

Project Manager

The Project manager will coordinate labor and resources, procure materials and subcontracts, and establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to complete projects safely, successfully, and profitably. The Project Manager is responsible for the supervision, mentoring, and development of Project Engineers, Field Engineers, and other staff assigned to them. This position is directly accountable for profit and loss on all assigned projects. The Project Manager is responsible for project success or failure.
